With the announcement of our ESOP, it was crucial to find and groom Viive’s one-day successor and we were fortunate to find Ciabh (pronounced Keeve), who not only shares a name as difficult to pronounce as Viive’s, but also shares the same creative and optimistic business sense. An alumna of McGill University, Ciabh came to Tamm with a varied background ranging from communications to healthcare to publishing/editing. Her sharp intellect, business savvy, and intuition have already played a significant role in our phenomenal growth.
