A certified translator, Lyliane is fluent in English, French, German, Romanian, and Italian. Lyliane acquired her translator and interpreter degree and an M.A. in English at the Sorbonne in Paris, France. She has worked for 25 years as a translator and from 1970 to 1995 was employed by the Federal Government in the Translation Office, translating medical, technical, and administrative documents. She has also worked for Hydro-Quebec, United Nations Office for Project Services, Air Canada, and Musée des Beaux-Arts de Montréal.
