In demand for her candid nature and unique industry perspective, Viive speaks often on all aspects of recruitment advertising and her favourite subject, customer service. An animal lover and environmentalist, Viive has been Chairperson of Operation Migration, is currently VP of Golden Rescue, and gives her time freely to many other organizations including CottageDreams and SOS Children’s Fund.
